kelantan + kl = hilarious^^

if you go to kelantan, you might find their dialect is not something that you can easily grab - especially if you have never heard anyone talk in the dialect before.

i am a true terengganu-er. but, it was not until recent years when my sister started to speak in kelantanese dialect at home so that i would have an exposure on our neigbour's slang. thus, my coming to besut to study last june was not as dreadful as my short detour to pulau pinang for matriculation.

flashback:
"lima kupang dik," - shopkeeper.
"lima kupang tu berapa ringgit kak?" - me

coming to besut (which is in terengganu but speaks like in kelantan) was okay for me. i know a few words and i can pretend to speak like a local. (but of course they can always tell. like how i can always tell if somebody is faking a terengganu slang - usually with an overly-stressed 'G').

so, when i stumbled upon this note a true kelantanese wrote on fb, i couldn't help but laughing until 'keras perut' (literally; hard stomach).

my favourite comment:
perkakas mana lah buat ayat lawak nie..haha....larak dia tulis semua..
